VetDERM Clinic Appointment Cancellation Policy

At VetDERM Clinic, we are committed to providing exceptional care for your pets and ensuring timely service for all our clients. To help us manage our schedule and deliver the best care, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Appointment Booking and Fees

  • An Initial Exam Fee, Follow-Up Fee, or Technician Appointment Fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • For procedures, a $500 payment is required at the time of booking.
  • All fees are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • For no-shows or cancellations/rescheduling within 72 hours of the appointment, the original payment will be non-refundable, and a new payment will be required to book another appointment.
  • If you cancel more than 72 hours before your appointment and request a refund, an administrative fee* will apply.
  • If you reschedule or cancel more than 72 hours in advance without requesting a refund, no administrative fee will apply and the deposit will remain as a credit in your account.
  • For procedures, if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at any time, $200 will be retained from the original $500 payment to cover administrative costs. The remaining $300 will be refunded, if applicable. If cancelled within 72 hours, the full $500 deposit will be non-refundable.
